These terms govern use of EIRA, an email triage and drafting system operated by Nurova Global Ltd ("Nurova", "we"). By connecting a mailbox to EIRA, the client ("you") agrees to these terms.
1. What EIRA does
EIRA reads incoming messages in a mailbox you connect, sorts them into categories, and prepares draft replies using AI. Drafts are placed on a dashboard for your review. EIRA does not send email on its own — a person on your side must review and send each reply, unless you have separately opted in to an approval-then-send workflow, where sending still only happens after a specific human action.
2. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for reviewing draft replies before they are sent — EIRA's output is a starting point, not a guaranteed-correct final answer.
- You must have the right to connect the mailbox you connect (it is your own account, or one you are authorized to manage).
- If you use a forwarding-based setup, you are responsible for configuring and maintaining that forwarding correctly.
3. No guarantee of uninterrupted service
EIRA is provided on a reasonable-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and categorization or drafting may occasionally be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable (for example during a third-party outage at Google or our AI provider). EIRA is a triage and drafting aid, not a substitute for your own judgment on anything urgent, legal, financial, or otherwise sensitive.
4. Data handling
How we access, process, and store data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Fees
Any applicable fees, billing cadence, and payment terms are agreed separately with you before service begins and are not restated here.
6. Ending the service
You may stop using EIRA and revoke its access at any time — see the Privacy Policy's "Ending access" section for exactly how. We may also suspend or end service on reasonable notice, for example if an account is inactive, in breach of these terms, or if continuing to provide the service becomes impractical.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nurova Global Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of EIRA, including from an inaccurate classification or draft reply, or from mail sent after a client's own human review and approval. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Intellectual property
EIRA's software and systems remain the property of Nurova Global Ltd. Your own business data, and any content you provide, remains yours.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a separate written agreement between you and Nurova Global Ltd states otherwise.
